Who we are
TelecomDesk UAE is an independent comparison and support service for people dealing with a du line in the UAE. We are not du, we are not Etisalat (e&), and we are not affiliated with either. We do not sell your data, we do not resell plans, and we have no call centre to put you in.
What we actually do
Three things, in order: we read the published pricing and help content; we write the check order a normal reader can follow with a photo of their router lights; and when the answer depends on an account, we take the question to WhatsApp and a human replies. That is the whole service, and it is free.
How the data is gathered
Plan names, prices and offers are read from the published verified resources pages, with the check date stated on every page. Keyword demand comes from the verified search data UAE database. Where a page would need a number that only exists per address - a final quote, an outzone classification, an early termination figure - it says a quote is needed rather than estimating one. We do not copy or paraphrase competitor articles; the only competitor data used here is keyword and ranking facts.
What we will not do
We will not claim to speak for an operator, we will not invent a price, and we will not present a hotline as the answer. If we cannot verify something, the page says so.
