What du wants, subject by subject

Cancellation / downgrade / upgrade / transfer: the foreclosure line is added for you, and list every number or contract covered.
Email or name change: state the new value - only the registered account holder can ask.
VAT registration: include the TRN; invoices reissue from the registration date.
Billing issue / dispute: month, amount and the charge line as printed on the bill - attach the bill page if you have it.
Internet / fault: since when, which lights, what you already tried - it skips the first support loop.
