du APN settings that actually matter
Almost every APN problem is a wrong or missing access point name on a phone or a 5G router after a SIM swap. For du the national APN is usually left at its default; adding a manual APN is mainly needed when a device was configured for another carrier.

Do this, in order
- Android: Settings > Network > Access Point Names > reset to default before typing anything.
- iPhone: it normally configures itself - if not, reset via Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options.
- du 5G router: log in to 192.168.1.1, WAN > APN, leave blank/default unless the SIM was moved from another operator.
- Reboot after changing; an APN edit only applies at the next attach.
- If data works but MMS or hotspot fails, that is a second APN entry (mms/hiprio), not the main one.
